HCEMCC Committee Meeting 05/07/2026
Meeting opened at 1730
Attendance:
Michael Callaghan (President)
Paul Roodenrys
Joey Fishburn (Treasurer)

Rob Hanna (Membership)
Discussion points:
1. Colin Simms wishes to discuss raffle ticket money.
2. The Memorial Ride will be on September 13th.
3. Christmas Party will again be at the Moss Vale Services Club on December 6th.
4. We may include a ride prior to the luncheon as it will replace the normal Sunday ride.
5. It was discussed whether partners would have to pay for the day. This will be presented to the next meeting for discussion.
6. It was suggested club members would pay a $10 ‘show up’ fee, and non-members $30.
7. Rob reported there are 20 people who have gone beyond the 3 months limit for paying their membership fees. These people will be dis-membered!
8. With regard to the website,
9. Regarding the website, Rob will put up day rides and upcoming rides and overnighters. Meeting minutes will soon be uploaded to the website and members encouraged to go there. This will improve traffic to the website also. Paul Riley will be trained on the function of the website to assist Rob with uploading and arranging information on it.
10. Michael has organised a ride for 16-18th October. It will likely be less than 500km each day, go from Orbost to Corryong then Cabramurra and return.
11. Lunch ride this month will be on 19th July to either Huskisson, Nerriga or Greenwell Point.
12. A fun day out for the club was suggested as a short ride to Picton Kart Track, enjoy the karting experience then return home. Lunch can be provided by thew Karting Track people. To be discussed further at a later meeting.
