Probably one of the most important aspects of riding is to never ride with the wrong attitude. Traffic is always a problem on a bike, but negotiating heavy traffic, or aggressive drivers, with the wrong attitude can be disastrous.

These days, driving angry appears to be the norm.

A casual look at Facebook/Instagram videos showing riders kicking cars is a perfect example of this.

If you start from the perspective of assuming everyone is going to try to knock you off the

bike, it can help to keep aggression under control.

Many experienced riders claim it is this approach that has helped them to survive.
